27 September 2022 – On behalf of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), I would like to extend our sincere congratulations to the newly appointed Executive Secretary (ES), former Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin.

His commitment to the rule of law exemplified by decades of laudable service in the judiciary makes him an invaluable asset to the President in overseeing government affairs and guiding the work of the executive offices. Also, ARTA commends his stint as the Chairman of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) for his dedication to efficiently deliver the agency’s services to the transacting public.

With his expertise and integrity, the Authority believes that ES Bersamin will significantly contribute to the attainment of the government’s thrusts and goals under the leadership of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr.

With this, the Authority is in full support of ES Bersamin and the Office of the Executive Secretary (OES) which oversees offices under the Office of the President, including ARTA.

In the same spirit, we will continue our efforts to bolster the administration’s priority goals, notably, in line with the agency’s mandate to streamline the bureaucracy and aid in the digitalization of government services.
