9 March 2022 – In line with its mission to further promote its anti-red tape and streamlining initiatives in the country, the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) aired the pilot episode of its newest public service show “I-ARTA NA ‘YAN!” on 4 March 2022.

ARTA’s new show is seen to further widen the agency’s reach in the country as it will be broadcasted nationwide.

Each week, a different government agency will be featured on “I-ARTA NA ‘YAN!” to directly answer questions and concerns from members of the public. In this way, the Authority will serve as a bridge to make the government’s services more accessible to the ordinary Filipino.

The pilot episode, hosted by Secretary Jeremiah B. Belgica, ARTA Director General, featured the Pag-IBIG Fund, represented by Vice President for Public Relations and Information Services Karin-Lei Franco-Garcia.

The launching of the new show was also done in line with the Authority’s weeklong 3-7-20 event from 28 February 2022 to 7 March 2022 which carried the theme “Zero Backlog Policy, Paigtingin! 3-7-20, Laging Sundin!”

ARTA Sec. Belgica said “I-ARTA NA ‘YAN!” will be another avenue for the public to relay its red tape concerns on top of its email, hotlines, social media platforms, and ARTAmbayan Outposts and other public assistance and complaints desk.

“ARTA is continuously finding more ways to address every Filipino’s red tape concerns. We are optimistic that this new show will be another venue where we can serve the public efficiently and effectively,” he said.

The said show is aired over select Radyo Pilipinas stations nationwide every Wednesday and Friday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. It is also streamed live on the Facebook pages of the ARTA, People’s Television (PTV) and Presidential Communication Operations Office.

The show can also be watched through a delayed telecast at PTV 4 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.
